You definitely need an air upholstery stapler for your re-upholstery job.
Electric will not work as well as air. .
Air upholstery staplers require an air compressor and a male connector.
If you are just beginning or doing some small jobs, buy a small compressor with a 1 to 4 gallon tank .
Just make sure it has pressure up to 90 pounds.
Most upholstery staplers run on 80 to 100 pounds of air.
The larger a compressors tank the less often the motor needs to run.
You need at least a straight hose with quick release couplers at both ends.
You best upholstery staple type is a fine wire 7 series.
Fine wire upholstery stapes will grab less fabric when fired which will help eliminate pulls in your fabric.
The most common sizes of upholstery staples 3/8 for general upholstery � inch for upholstery webbing and � for applying fabric on thin wood.
if you are purchasing this product after watching my free how-to video the video states the staple gun comes with a carrying case the video is 10 years old and the manufacture has since dropped the carrying case and replaced it with A cardboard shipping box we do apologize for the misinformation
