Please Double check you measurements, follow below instructions

For the best fitting foam for your cushion cover, measuring off the front band of your cushion cover. Add one inch to the height. Add 1/2 inch all the way around. Example if you cover is 21 inches across you need 22 inches, if you have a 24 inch depth you need 25 inches. Do not take your measurements from your old foam; it’s most likely deformed from age.

1.9 Foam is High Density foam used in all aspects of the furniture industry. From seat cushions to padding (1.9 is upper end quality foam). This foam is the foam used in most of the furniture you see in your average furniture store.

2.4 Foam is High Density foam used mostly for seating (2.4 is super High End foam). 2.4 is my personal favorite for seat cushions.

If you have a hard time trying to put your new foam into your cushion cover, try using plastic wrap it around the foam, and slide it into your cover and then carefully pull the plastic out or you will have squeaky cushions

Orders over 84 inches in any direction will have a glue seam. Please remember custom foam orders take up to 7 business days to process.

***We cut all our foam on a computerized CNC machine. Also when we cut a quantity of foam with the same dimensions they are cut at the same time out of a single block of foam. Each cut is recorded by the computer using your order # for tracking purposes. Our foam is shrunk down to save on shipping cost. Please open as soon as you receive it for at least 24 hours to avoid malformation to the foam. To get the air back into the foam you sometimes need to shake the foam like a sheet, or if you have access to a steam machine; apply a minimum amount of steam. This will restore you foam to the proper dimensions. If you feel the measurements are incorrect when you receive it, you are welcome to return the foam for inspection. If at that time we find that our cutting is at fault we will refund your return shipping and ship you new foam. Your satisfaction is very important to us.
