DIY Upholstery Supply does not have a restocking fee on approved returns. To obtain an approved return code you must contact DIY Upholstery Supply via e-mail http://www.diyupholsterysupply.com/returns.html. There is however a 30% restocking fee on unapproved refused orders. All applicable shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. Please be sure to have all the information needed before making your purchase.
Address correction. FedEx charges $12.00 for correcting addresses. DIY Upholstery Supply will apply the $12.00 charge to your Credit Card when DIY Upholstery Supply is charged a $12.00 fee by FedEx.DIY Upholstery Supply will apply a $4.00 Administration fee for a total of $16.00 Please, please double check you shipping address
No returns after 30 days of delivery to your door.
Custom cut foam carry's a no return policies, exceptions, if the foam is cut wrong or the wrong density was shipped. Our CNC machines run on a 99% success rate, if you feel you do need to return your foam for any reason please e-mail us @ diyupholsterysupply.com. We will discuss case-by-case.
Foam orders usually start the cutting process within 24-hours of your order Date. Please make sure your dimensions are correct. Once 24-hours have passed from the date and time you placed you order you cannot make changes or cancel your order. Please remember you are ordering custom cut foam which has no use to us after it has been cut.
Although we try hard to make sure colors of fabric on our site are accurate, actual colors may vary. Please order free samples prior to making a purchase cut yardage is not re-tunable.

Shipping Charges given are estimates only. Until an actual order is packaged for shipment shipping charges are estimates only. For most orders they are accurate. If bulky items are ordered that need to be shipped separately shipping charges will most likely be higher.
Except as may be noted in a particular items description, customers pay all shipping charges. All shipments are FOB our warehouses or original shipping point in the case of special order or non-stocked items.
Shipping costs depend upon the shipping method and option you choose. Please note that shipping charges added during checkout process are estimated shipping charges only.
The shipping rates for most items we sell are based on the weight and size of the item(s). All weights will be rounded up to the next full pound in keeping with the policies of the carrier(s). We charge $4.00 for handling (per order) and then the carrier's charges. Shipping charges will be adjusted as necessary when your package is shipped. Shipping charges for heavy, bulky or multiple packages may be higher.
Please note that if you order foam, fabric or vinyl and you have ordered supplies, supplies may be shipped in a separate box which will add to the estimated shipping charges.

There is a cut off time for all Next Day, 2 Day and 3 Day Shipments. All Expedited orders need to be placed before 12pm Central Standard Time. All expedited orders placed after the 12pm cut off time will be shipped the next day.
