Return Policies
Approved returns - We do not have a restocking fee on approved . To obtain a approved return code your must contact DIY Upholstery Supply via e-mail info@diyupholsterysupply.com. There is a however a 20% restocking fee on unapproved and refused orders. All applicable return shipping charges are the customers responsibility. Please be sure to have all the information needed before making your purchase.
Address correction. UPS $6.00 charges for correcting addresses. we will apply a $6.00 charge to you when DIY is charged the $6.00 fee. Please double check you shipping address
No returns after 30 day of delivery to your door
Customers pay all shipping charges. All shipments are FOB our warehouses or original shipping point in the case of special order or non stocked items. Shipping costs depend upon the shipping method and option you choose. Please note that shipping charges added during checkout process are estimated shipping charges only. The shipping rates for items we sell are based on the weight and size of the item(s). All weights will be rounded up to the next full pound in keeping with the policies of the carrier(s).
We charge $2.50 handling plus the exact shipping cost supplied by the carrier. Shipping charges will be adjusted as necessary when your package (s) is shipped. We have over 3000 different products, with so many different products being ordered in different quantities, sizes and combinations it is not possible to have our computers calculate the exact amount of shipping.
We have over 20,000 happy customers who understand our shipping estimates get very close to the actual shipping cost. In a case where there is additional shipping charges to be applied to your order, the deference will be applied to the credit card you supplied at check out and a receipt will be sent to you in via us mail. Shipping charges for heavy, bulky or multiple packages may also be higher. Phone lines are open Monday - Thursday 8 AM 5 PM Friday 8Am to 3 PM Central Time For shipments within the continental U.S., packages will be shipped UPS regular ground service unless otherwise requested by the Customer @ checkout . Or @ 662 280 0020 Destinations outside Continental U.S. including Alaska and Hawaii will ship USPS Alaska and Hawaii- In general we ship all orders via the U. S. Post Office. We use Priority Post Mail depending on package size. USPS now offers APO and FPO destinations will be shipped Parcel Post unless a street address is given at time of check out. Shipping charges are based on type of delivery service, package weight, package size and distance.

Damaged Packages
If merchandise arrives damaged: it is best to REFUSE it back to the carrier attempting delivery.If you must refuse a shipment for any reason, contact us at once so we know what to expect. If you accept the package make sure any damage it is noted on the carrier's delivery record. If damage is not noted is usually not possible to file a damage claim. Save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in, notify DIY Upholstery Supply immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection.
